Moving in New York is its own kind of art form. Walk-ups, COIs, freight elevators, narrow doorways, tight windows of time. We handle all of it — and we don’t stop at boxes on the floor.
Our move management service is end-to-end: we plan the move, prep your current space, coordinate vendors, oversee moving day, and then unpack and organize your new home so it feels like yours from night one.

Timeline
How a move comes together.
- 4–8 weeks out — Walkthroughs of both homes, editing what won’t make the move, and choosing a moving company together.
- 2 weeks out — Packing begins — room by room, with labeled boxes and a tracked inventory.
- Move day — We’re on-site at both locations, directing movers and placing furniture from your floor plan.
- First week — Unpacking, organizing, hanging art, and removing the empty boxes. You walk in to a finished home.
